CRESCER: GH OU SOMATOTROPINA É UM POLIPEPTÍDEO DE CADEIA ÚNICA CONTENDO 191 AMINOÁCIDOS, DUAS PONTES DE DISSULFETO E QUATRO ESTRUTURAS HELICOIDAIS. A POSIÇÃO DAS HÉLICES E A ESTRUTURA TRIDIMENSIONAL DESTE HORMÔNIO SÃO IMPORTANTES PARA A LIGAÇÃO AO SEU RECEPTOR, E É UM DOS PRINCIPAIS FATOS PARA O CRESCIMENTO LONGITUDINAL EM CRIANÇA, INFANTIL E JUVENIL: FISIOLOGIA–ENDOCRINOLOGIA–NEUROENDOCRINOLOGIA–GENÉTICA–ENDÓCRINO-PEDIATRIA (SUBDIVISÃO DA ENDOCRINOLOGIA): DR. JOÃO SANTOS CAIO JR. ET DRA. HENRIQUETA VERLANGIERI CAIO.

GROW COMPLETENESS AND WITH ACCURACY: INFANT, CHILD AND YOUTH: THE GROWTH HORMONE - STANDARDS OF SECRETION AND CONTROL.

GROW: THE GH IS A POLYPEPTIDE OR SOMATOTROPIN SINGLE CHAIN CONTAINING AMINO 191, DISULFIDE TWO AND FOUR HELICAL STRUCTURES. THE POSITION OF THE PROPELLER AND A THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURE OF THIS HORMONE ARE IMPORTANT FOR CONNECTING TO YOUR RECIPIENT, AND IS ONE OF THE MAIN FACTS FOR LONGITUDINAL GROWTH IN CHILD, JUVENILE AND YOUTH. GROW COMPLETENESS AND WITH ACCURACY; CHILD, INFANT AND YOUTH: She shares structural homologies with prolactin and hCS, the latter being a variant of GH synthesized exclusively in the placenta. There is a set of five genes from which these polypeptide hormones may be synthesized although there is usually a specific expression of a single gene fabric. Binding of tissue-specific transcription of the Pit-1 for the promoter region of the gene results factor GH in only one form of GH is secreted by the anterior pituitary gland. POU domain, class 1, transcription factor 1 (Pit1, growth hormone factor 1), also known as POU1F1, is a transcription factor for growth hormone. PIT1 is a specific transcription factor responsible for the development of pituitary and pituitary hormone expression in mammals, and is a member of the POU family of transcription factors that regulate mammalian development. The POU family is so called because the first three members identified were PIT1 and OCT1 (MIM 164175) of mammals, and UNC-86 C. elegans (Herr et al. 1988). PIT1 contains two protein domains, termed POU-specific and POU-homeo, which are necessary for binding to DNA of genes encoding high affinity growth hormone (GH; MIM 139250), and prolactin (PRL; MIM 176760) hormone. PIT1 is also important for the regulation of genes encoding prolactin and thyroid stimulating hormone beta subunit (TSHB; MIM 188540) by thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH; MIM 257120) and cAMP. The OMIM is authored and edited at the McKusick-Nathans Institute of Genetic Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, and Johns Hopkins University under the direction of Dr. Ada Hamosh. Their official residence is omim.org. Schematic representation of the structures of human GH and prolactin contain disulfide bonds bridging two cysteine residues and that both contain between 190-200 amino acids sequences have regions of identical amino acids classically, GH synthesis and secretion is thought to be controlled by two hypothalamic neurohormones, growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), somatostatin which is stimulating and that it inhibits secretion of GH. However, the view that only two hormones are involved in the control of GH secretion has been challenged by the finding of another hormone, ghrelin, which also causes the release of GH. In the human hypothalamus, both forms of 40 and 44 amino acids GHRH are synthesized and secreted by neurosecretory neurons whose cell bodies lie predominantly in the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus. Released from nerve terminals in the median eminence and transported to the anterior pituitary via the capillaries of the pituitary portal GHRH acts on the anterior pituitary somatotrophs through a G protein-bound receptor to stimulate cAMP synthesis and possibly activates the promoter Pit-1. Thus, the mutations in the gene encoding the sequence of Pit-1 and hypoplasia of the pituitary deficient GH secretion as well as the prolactin and TSH. The summary of the actions of GH and prolactin and the feedback mechanisms that control their secretions. The synthesis and secretion of prolactin and GH are controlled by two opposite hypothalamic neurosecretory hormones, although it is the predominant hypothalamus. So when this complex mechanism works with admirable precision the exact time and hour, the results are significant and positive in relation to organic maturation in humans, where the height is benefited wonderfully.
